I was on the web yesterday looking up ways to find the right niche online. For most of us that are online trying to make money having the right niches can be very important. So here I am working on how to start another one of my websites.
The thing about it is finding good niches was pretty hard but I have a great list of niches now and I would love to share how I got this information.
The first thing I did was check out a couple of sites and read a few ebooks on the subject. I got no where with that so I asked friends what they did and here is the list I compiled.
1. Before you start make a list of topics that you can write about intelligently. This is important cause when you are looking for niches it is always a good thing to go for the ones you can actually write about and make money.
2. The way to finding a great niche is to find keywords that have to do with one of the topics on your list.
3. If you are lazy and you just want to get a few good ones and not spend hours looking for them you can try niche finding software, that will help you get a list of great niches that match your list.
4. You can actually use the suggestion tool found at Yahoo’s Ovature, this works particularly well for finding keyword phrases.
5. You can try also going to Google Adwords and researching keywords as well.
6. Once you have a good list of 50 to 100 words or phrases you will need to decide which ones work well for you and build your sites around them. That is your niche.
Whenever you are building a new site for your affiliate marketing ventures you will want to ensure that you are able to find the right niche that will make you money.
